At BCC we want to see God work in us to make us the kind of people He wants us to be. Jesus is the one who causes the growth in our lives. He asks us to plant the seed with our friends and in the community, watering our lives with worship, prayer, study and fellowship, and from time to time even a little weeding out of unhealthy activities. The level of accomplishment depends on the individuals willingness to grow and mature in faith and the unity of the church  following God inspired Leadership.
